Every attendee needs their own spiral bound Equipped handbook. This is how they will have the notes from the talks, discussion questions, and it will include places for them to take notes if they want! 
 
As session facilitators, we usually keep these for the mamas and pass out/collect each session (unless they want to take them home), and give them at the end. New mamas are balancing a lot so a handbook isn't something they need to remember to bring each session.
